Williamson Inc. joined government, community and business leaders on Wednesday afternoon for the ribbon cutting of Brentwood Dental Group.

The celebration fo the family and cosmetic dentistry office also marked the retirement of Dr. Lisbeth Bradley, DDS, of Franklin, who has practiced dentistry for 21 years.

Dr. Mark Lambrick, DDS, who will be working full-time at the location starting Oct. 1, said:

This practice has been here since 2005 so it’s been here for a minute, but since we’re kind of passing the torch, having one doctor retire and another doctor come in, we thought it would be a good idea for the Brentwood community and the business community to know that their is somebody new here and to take our presence known and to become a member and join in on the activities that the chamber offers.

Leigh Bawcom, the Director of Member engagement for Williamson Inc., said that Brentwood Dental Group’s transition and future growth is an example of the strength of business in Brentwood and Williamson County.

“I think it’s really exciting that we have a business that been here and established for 20 years and the baton is being passed,” Bawcom said. “So we’re just excited to be here and celebrate with them today, and we hope that we can further expand their reach into the community.”

“Brentwood Dental Group is a very important entity in the dental world of Williamson County,” Nancy Conway, Senior Vice President of Community Relations for Williamson Inc., said in her address to the crowd of over three dozen attendees.

Conway also introduced Brentwood Vice Mayor Ken Travis who thanked both the staff of Brentwood Dental Group and the chamber of commerce, which is under the incorporation of Williamson Inc., for their service to the community.

“The City of Brentwood is so very glad to have you here,” Travis said. “Dental care is very important, and we have a wonderful population here, and I think offices like this are made of of people who are really important to this community.”
