Paula-Shoyer
Chabad of Nashville is hosting celebrity chef Paula Shoyer, who will be sharing her healthy spin on classic Seder favorites.
This cookbook author, will be demonstrating tips and tricks along with recipes of her favorite dishes. And the event includes eating what she’s made!
The event will be at 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 18, at Chabad of Nashville, 95 Bellevue Road, Nashville 37221. Tickets are $25 through March 9, and $40 from March 10 through March 18. Tickets can be purchased at www.chabadnashville.com/PaulaShoyer

According to her biography, Paula Shoyer graduated with a pastry degree from the Ritz Escoffier in Paris, and does cooking and baking demos across the United States and around the world.

She is the author of The Holiday Kosher Baker, The Kosher Baker, The New Passover Menu and The Healthy Jewish Kitchen. She also is a freelance writer for the Washington Post, Hadassah, Joy of Kosher, and Jewish Food Experience, among other publications.

Shoyer competed on Food Network’s Sweet Genius and appears on TV before every major Jewish holiday, more than 28 times. In 2015, Paula was honored by Jewish Women International as a “Woman to Watch,” and by the kosher media community as a “kosher pioneer.” She lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband and four children, who are all healthy eaters.
