Vandals spray painted three cars in a subdivision near Smith Park in Brentwood last week.

The Brentwood Police Department didn’t identify any suspects in its weekly crime analysis. All of the spray painting happened on the night of Friday, September 21 or early on Saturday, September 22.

A few days later in the same subdivision, a woman found an unknown man rummaging through her car early Wednesday morning. The suspected thief jumped into a waiting silver sedan and got away. Nothing was taken from the car.

Police also identified a person suspected of driving though a construction site, damaging some landscaping. That person wasn’t prosecuted.

The crime analysis shows that there were no business burglaries, no residential burglaries, no stolen vehicles and no robberies.
