Crye-Leike Real Estate Services on Wednesday announced that Lorie Layman had been named as sales manager for the Brentwood branch office located at 5111 Maryland Way.
Working alongside Managing Broker Dick Williams, she will help manage the office’s current sales force and will be responsible for the recruitment and training of an additional sales force for those interested in listing and selling real estate in and around Middle Tennessee.
A Tennessee native and Brentwood resident, Layman is a real estate veteran having served the real estate needs of home buyers and sellers for 26 years.
“Since 1991 I have worked in this industry,” Layman said in Crye-Leike’s announcement of her position. “There are many challenges that Realtors face when working in real estate, but none of which I haven’t overcome because helping people buy or sell a home is my passion.”
Layman is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Williamson County Board of Directors (WCAR) as well as chair of the WCAR’s Professional Standard Committee. She is a licensed Broker and Circle of Excellence- Vice President holding designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community at the Williamson County Animal Shelter.
The Brentwood office is one of 21 Crye-Leike company-owned offices within its Greater Middle Tennessee Region with offices located in Murfreesboro, Clarksville, Columbia, Cookeville, Dickson, Fairview, Franklin, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Hermitage, Lebanon, Mt.
