A few readers have reached out to Brentwood Home Page in the past, asking if we could look into a house on Concord Road known for its massive size, collection of luxury cars and extravagant lighting displays at night.
The property is on the corner of Concord and Beech Grove roads, across from the Governor’s Club. It is the vacation estate of designer jewelers Johnathon Arndt and his spouse, Newman.
The property at 9556 Concord Road sold to ‘Arndt Newman’ in November 2014, according to county records. The main structure on the 4.67-acre property stands at about 10,600 square feet. There are two addresses associated with the estate, including a large additional guest house along with a massive finished basement, for a total of 18,000 square feet.
Since last November, readers have contacted BHP, commenting on the number of ‘hot pink’ luxury cars parked out in the driveway, and the ornate lighting display at all times of the year.
A public relations director for Arndt said he was unavailable for comment, but it is clear Arndt has been more involved in the Nashville area since a recent alliance with the Academy of Country Music and The Country Music Association.
In 2013, Kelly Clarkson held a Christmas special on NBC that featured more than $6 million dollars of Johnathon Arndt Jewels. Just last year, Carrie Underwood was spotted wearing more than $53 million of the designer jewelry at the 2014 CMA Awards.
And most recently, Blake Shelton was seen wearing his wedding ring custom designed by Arndt – even though just days before Shelton and his wife, Miranda Lambert, announced their divorce.
Arndt reportedly designed wedding rings for both Clarkson and Underwood as well. Their jewelry can be found on many stars at the Oscars, Grammys and other international red carpet events.
According to the website, “Johnathon Arndt Gallery of Jewels,” was founded in 1999, and the married couple has spent years traveling the world to find the right jewels.
