The Franklin hospital chain Community Health Systems completed the sale of a Lebanon hospital to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The company announced the sale of the 245-bed Tennova Healthcare facility in March. It completed the transaction last week. The company didn’t announce the sale price.

On Monday evening, CHS will report its financial results for the second quarter of 2019. The company has reported millions of dollars in losses over the last few years.

CHS has been selling less profitable hospitals in an attempt to pay off debt and return the organization to profitability. The company owns about 105 hospitals, down from more than 200 in 2014.

The hospital chain is also facing legal trouble. A judge recently certified a $890 million class action lawsuit against the company for an alleged Medicare fraud scheme.
