Highlands Residential Mortgage 2021

Q: What's the best thing about Williamson County?

A: The best thing about Williamson County is the fact that it is a great place to raise a family. It has a small-town feel with all the amazing things a larger place would offer.

Q: What does your community mean to you?

A: Williamson County is my home and that is exactly what it means to me. That is why I started my career in the mortgage industry.

Q: Tell us about your favorite place in Williamson County.

A: My family home is my favorite place in Williamson County. Sounds silly, but my family means the world to me, and being a resident of this amazing community is such a testament to how much I love Williamson County.

Q: What is the one thing you want people in Williamson County to know about your business?

A: The one thing I want the people of Williamson County to know is that The Julie Arnold Team at Highlands Residential Mortgage has your back! We truly care about our clients and it is such an important piece of what we do in this industry.

Ask any homeowner who purchased during the housing boom spanning the COVID-19 pandemic just how emotional that transaction was for them. Having a team behind you that truly cares about getting you into the home you desire most is critical in this housing market.

Q: What is your favorite thing about what you do?

A: I absolutely love that I get to help others find their dream home and make homeownership a reality. Believe it or not, a lot of individuals and families are unaware of their ability to own real estate affordably. It can be a tricky market and there is certainly a lot of misconception on what loan programs are best for any one person or family. So, being able to work individually with each borrower and help them to understand this market, but more importantly, get them the very best deal, is what drives me to stay in my field. My team and I don't just approve loans, we change people’s lives as they make the largest purchase of their life.

Q: What is a hobby that you have that is not related to your business?

A: Traveling, hands down! Although most people would say my favorite hobby is working, I truly love the reward of hard work. That transpires into the ability to travel to unique places all over the world. It is so fulfilling to be in nature and experience what diversity and culture each new place has to offer. The most rewarding of these experiences is being able to share the experiences with the ones I love most and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Q: What is your hometown?

A: Enid, Oklahoma is my hometown.
