Three home burglary suspects were arrested Thursday during a SWAT operation at a West Main Street home in Franklin.

Mollie Luffman, 35, and Tamara Price, 47, were identified as suspects during the investigation of a May home burglary where more than 20 guns were stolen from a home in the 1300 block of West Main Street.

Police say some of those guns have since been recovered, and detectives are working to recover the other guns the two women reportedly sold.

Luffman and Price, both charged with aggravated burglary and theft, each remained jailed Friday on a $50,000 bond.

Krystle Berry, 31 of Thompsons Station, was found hiding in a closet where Luffman and Price were arrested. On July 19, police say Berry broke through a window of an acquaintance’s home in the Brentwood Pointe condos and stole belongings inside the residents.

Also charged with aggravated burglary and theft, Berry remained in jail Friday on a $10,500 bond.

All three women are due in court Aug. 7 at 1 p.m.

Home is a special place, Franklin Police Chief Deborah Faulkner said. Thats why we work harder than ever to identify and arrest suspects who break into and violate someone elses dwelling.
