H.G. Hill Realty Company is bringing new businesses into their expanding Hill Center Brentwood retail space.

Beauty and wellness tenants CycleBarClean JuiceDrybar and Pure Sweat + Float Studio join PetPeople and Puffy Muffin to bring a variety of retail concepts that will join the new upper and lower level garages that are now open. 

CycleBar opened its 2,402 square foot space on Sept. 3, where they offer workouts for people of all ages and fitness levels. 

The company was recently named Nashville’s “Best Indoor Sweat Session” by the Nashville Scene and “Best Cycling Studio” by Nashville Fit Magazine in 2018.

The CycleTheater, which houses 46 “smart” bikes, boasts state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting technology, all of which come together to create an unparalleled cycling experience.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Premium Indoor CyclingTM to Hill Center Brentwood. Sister studio to our flagship location, CycleBar The Gulch and CycleBar West Nash, our new location will offer concierge-level service to our riders from the time they enter the studio until the time they leave. The studio will offer its riders complimentary shoe rental and towel service, a complimentary water bottle upon their first visit, filtered water, fresh fruit, as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms fully appointed with showers and other amenities,” owner Trish Spivey said in a news release. “CycleBar is a space where people of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life come together in a judgment-free environment to not only better their health, but also their hearts and minds.”

Clean Juice, the nation’s only certified organic juice bar, serving all organic juices, smoothies, acai bowls, Greenoa Bowls and cold press juices, will open its 1,214 square foot space on Sept. 21.

This will be the second location for owners Leah and Shane Bowen. Their first location is at the Capitol View development in the Gulch.

“We are excited to be a part of Hill Center Brentwood and are looking forward to serving USDA certified organic products to the community,” Leah Bowen said in a press release. “We are passionate about offering incredible organic options for a community that values health and wellness.”

Shane Bowen continued, “We were drawn to the tenant mix at Hill Center Brentwood because we believe it supports solid retail, office, fitness and wellness tenants and provides a great experience and meeting place for the community.”

Drybar is expected to open on Oct. 25 in its 1,450-square foot space that will include 10 styling chairs and all the signature elements that define the unique Drybar experience.

“We are pleased to open our second Drybar in the Nashville area in Brentwood’s brightest meeting spot,” Sr. Director of Brand Marketing Maria Boschetti said in a news release. “We are excited to be surrounded by so many other incredible businesses in this community full of energy and great culture.” At the core of the experience is Drybar’s dedication to over-the-top customer service and obsessive attention to every last detail, and the Hill Center Brentwood shop is no exception.

Pure Sweat + Float Studio, the nation’s first health and wellness franchise offering both infrared saunas and float therapy is opening late fall. 

The 1,600-square-foot Hill Center Brentwood location is the second Williamson County location for franchise owner and Brentwood resident Meredith Lile and will feature five sauna suites and two float suites. 

“Our Cool Springs location, which opened a year ago, has been embraced by the community and we are looking forward to opening in Hill Center Brentwood,” Lile said in a news release. “As a health and wellness enthusiast, I’ve experienced the benefits of both infrared sauna and float therapy and am delighted to bring these services – which are acclaimed by health experts, elite athletes, and celebrities – to health-minded men and women in Brentwood.”

PetPeople’s approximately 5,000 square feet of space is scheduled to open in early 2020. 

The store’s trained associates work with each individual family and pet to find the right products, food and accessories. 

Their pet-focused products and services include food, supplies, washing stations and additional services that cater to the health and well-being of pets. 

“We are eager to open our second PetPeople location in Tennessee, and are very excited about our new store in Hill Center Brentwood,” Carrie McDermott, CEO of PetPeople  said in a news release. “We feel we will be a great fit to the Brentwood community.”

Planning also continues on the approximately 90,959 square foot AC Hotel by Marriott that will have 148 rooms and is located at the west end of the development abutting Maryland Way Park.

“We welcome these new retailers to the Hill Center family,” Jimmy Granbery, chairman and CEO, H.G. Hill Realty Company said in a news release. “Our expanded health and wellness offerings, along with additional parking, provide increased amenities to the center’s employees and the community at large.”

These Phase II additions add 196,993 square feet to the current 237,828 square foot center, bringing the total square footage to 434,821. Once completed, the development will consist of approximately 600,000 square feet.

Hill Center Brentwood has been a Williamson County shopping destination for more than 30 years with a mix of restaurants, shops, office and amenities create a true town center for the city of Brentwood as well as a sense of place to be enjoyed by the entire community.
