Downtown Franklin is welcoming in a new, eclectic antique store for the city’s travelers, thrifters and collectors.

Vintage, TN, owned by Matthew Rogers and Brandy Brown, is not a standard antique store; rather, it’s an eclectic space that will arttract a broad range of enthusiasts: artisans, collectors, decorators, pickers, and thrifters.

Rogers and Brown met while traveling and connected over their love of exploring and entrepreneurial spirits. Now, they have decided to settle in Franklin, where Rogers is from.

“Matthew is a web designer, cryptocurrency trader and e-waste recycler who grew up in Franklin,” Brown said in a press release. “Since relocating to Franklin from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, I have been a digital marketer and a Poshmark ambassador. Together we have traveled around the southern region in our RV named Frankie III, discovering treasures that we are thrilled to share.”

Rogers says the experience will allow the couple to continue growing their relationship while building a community around things they’re both passionate about.

Vintage, TN is holding a grand opening event and live auction is Sunday, May 5, from noon-6 p.m., and the public is invited to come celebrate Cinco de Mayo with tamales, cervezas and margaritas.

The 8,000-square-foot space is not only packed with unique, vintage finds from around the country and world, but will also serve as a space for learning — workshops, craft room/tool rentals and other opportunities are in the works.

“There’s something for everyone, and all are welcome,” Rogers says. “That’s why we put the comma in our brand: Vintage, TN. Our mission is to be not just a storefront, but a destination.”

Vintage, TN is located at 1552 Columbia Ave. and is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, follow their Facebook page at and check them out online
