Located in west Brentwood, in a location that provides quiet serenity and privacy is The Preserve at Arden Woods.

The development offers four one-plus acre lots and offers the perfect opportunity for buyers to build their perfect dream home.  The Preserve at Arden Woods layout provides large building envelopes and more space for families to enjoy.

The new subdivision sits within a tree-surrounded area bordered on the north and west by open space areas from two nearby subdivisions; on the east by homes that sit on five-acre tracts; and on the south by Scales Elementary and its nature trail area located on twenty-four acres.

Construction started on The Preserve in July of 2018 to extend a road and underground utilities along with new sidewalks. Now, a year later, construction has wrapped up and the three new lots recently listed for sale. The street into the neighborhood ends with a cul-de-sac offering a very private setting.  The Preserve’s lots offer a different type of footprint, and a large one at that. Buyers are free to bring their preferred builder.

For Randy and Robin Sanders, the owners and developers, the location, privacy and open space were key features that distinguished this property when they decided to buy and move their family back to the area. They live in the subdivision with their three children and two pets and are often visited by wild turkey and deer as guests along with beautiful sunsets.

Randy said, “We previously lived in the area for nine years and all three children attended Scales Elementary, which is recognized nationally as a Blue Ribbon School.  We moved to a small gentleman’s farm in Williamson County in 2013 and enjoyed that.  Once the two older siblings started college, we returned in 2018 and absolutely love it.”

Beyond the submersion in nature which provides privacy and tranquility, one of the biggest allures is the convenient location to the Malls in Cool Springs and Green Hills, the accessibility to the nearby Maryland Farms Office Park and a growing north Brentwood commercial area.  Randy noted that “Brentwood has continued to evolve with the Hill Center development and Brentwood Place redevelopment bringing new shopping and restaurants to the area.”

Robin said one of her favorite parts of living in The Preserve is hearing the children playing on the Scales playground, causing her to think back fondly on when their own children attended school there.

The three new lots available vary slightly in size and price. Lot #1 is 1.01 acre and listed for $495,000.  Lot #2 is 1.40 acres and is priced at $525,000 while Lot #3 is 1.15 acres and priced at $450,000.

Sanders said there is also the option for a buyer to purchase and combine two lots together in order to have additional space. There will be a homeowners association to care for the limited common area.

The neighborhood is zoned for award-winning schools Scales Elementary, Brentwood Middle and Brentwood High School.
