Robin said one of her favorite parts of living in The Preserve is hearing the children playing on the Scales playground, causing her to think back fondly on when their own children attended school there.
The three new lots available vary slightly in size and price. Lot #1 is 1.01 acre and listed for $495,000. Lot #2 is 1.40 acres and is priced at $525,000 while Lot #3 is 1.15 acres and priced at $450,000.
Sanders said there is also the option for a buyer to purchase and combine two lots together in order to have additional space. There will be a homeowners association to care for the limited common area.
The neighborhood is zoned for award-winning schools Scales Elementary, Brentwood Middle and Brentwood High School.
