A total of 546 single-family homes and 35 condominiums changed hands in Williamson County last month, according to data from the Williamson County Association of Realtors.

The median price of the single family homes — with half more expensive and half sold for less — was $544,950 , and $304,500 for the condos.

The median a year ago was $499,950, and $262,250 for condominiums, with a comparable number closings of single-family home sales (540). Days on market also were comparable, with single family homes on the market for 33 days in 2019, and 32 days in 2018.

Spring Hill  homes stayed on the market for an average of 23 days with a median price of $335,000 for the 55 home sales that closed. Neighboring Thompson’s Station recorded a median price of $430,000 for 37 homes sold in 37 days.  The three high-end homes sold in Arrington, with a median price of $925,000, spent 64 days on the market. Neighboring College Grove, where the median for 20 home sales was $872,264, were on the market an average of 30 days. In Brentwood, 91 homes sold in an average of 33 days, with the median price of $680,000, but an average price of $917,378. And in Nolensville, the 58 closings spent an average 39 days on the market, for a median price of $511,799.
