Severe storms are possible for Williamson County and much of West and Middle Tennessee on Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service Nashville the most severe weather will impact the far southwest corner of the state as well as neighboring Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas.

Those threats include damaging winds, large hail, flash flooding and the possibility of tornadoes.

While the severe weather is most likely to impact the southwestern portion of the state, all of those threats are also possible for Middle Tennessee. The storm is expected to roll in Wednesday afternoon and evening.
